Club Hounslow is one of the newer clubs to join our roster, but fun-fact – this club has been running for over 30 years. It is a well-established club within the community, with some members having attended since it’s inception.

This inclusive sport club in Hounslow takes place in Heston Community Sports Centre every Tuesday evening during term-time from 6-7pm.

Club Hounslow is a fun, engaging and welcoming club. With new and returning faces. Everyone is welcome, as this club caters to people with a range of abilities. No challenge is too hard for the members at Club Hounslow.

Every session at this brilliant disability sport club in Hounslow really captivates that community feeling - so if you fancy trying new sports and having a good chat, come along!

Members at this club love basketball, badminton, table tennis and more, and they also love to celebrate special occasions from birthdays to holidays - they’re always up for some fun!

Specialist taster sessions may also take place in the club from time to time including boxing, dance, golf, trampolining and more.

Siblings are welcome to join in and parents/carers are encouraged to stay, watch and even take part!
