LVN IN SCHOOLS

We introduce your students to volunteers from industry, helping you to hit your Gatsby Benchmark targets and re-engage your students with their education.

Our flagship mentoring programme, Amplify Me, is run in schools and colleges across London for students in years 10 and 12. Amplify Me is a 6-week programme of weekly hour-long sessions for groups of 20-25 students. Sessions are delivered in the classroom and facilitated by an LVN member of staff.

The objective of the programme is to improve confidence, increase know-how, inspire aspiration, and build networking skills. This is a free programme in which students meet 10 working professionals from outside their usual sphere of influence.

Benefits to schools

LVN programmes meet many of the criteria in the Gatsby Benchmarks and can form a part of your career services offering.
Many schools place us within their curriculum timetables, but if need be we can do lunchtime sessions.
