Support: Step 1 

2 x 3-hour Group Webinar – An overview providing up to date advice on current graduate recruitment processes including: 

• Digital CV’s (How to produce software friendly, searchable CV’s, stand out CV’s etc. 
• Graduate Application Forms - Understanding how to construct evidence based, quality answers to competency based questions and succeed through the classic HR scoring matrix using the STAR technique 
• Succeeding at Interviews - Understanding the various interview screening techniques that employers are now using including the psychology of the interview and what employers are really listening for. 
• Powerful LinkedIn profiles - Highlighting the importance of LinkedIn and how to network 

Suppot: Step 2 

Each customer will have access to a dedicated Recruitment Expert/Mentor who will provide up to 2 hours 1-2-1 support covering areas including: 

• CV Reviews/re-writes  
• Cover letter writing advice, reviews and support 
• LinkedIn review and advice 
• Application forms – Producing effective Supporting/Personal Statements and Competency Based Answers 
• Interview preparation
