The Spear Programme is a free six-week training programme to get you into work. Spear will equip you with confidence, motivation and the vital skills you need to succeed in long-term employment.

Check out the Spear Programme if you are:

• Currently out of work or education
• Available weekdays 1:30pm - 4:30pm for six weeks
• Able to get to one of our centres in London or Brighton easily

What you can expect to get from the programme:

• Increased confidence
• A fun and friendly group
• Impressive CV and cover letter
• Interview training and practice
• 12 months of career support

You will be in a group of around 15 people in a similar situation to you.

The group is run by friendly and experienced coaches.
