NOMAD

NOMAD is a community of caring young and ambitious individual’s.

All of whom have come from different walks of life but thrive for change in communities, societies and the wider world.

A community of people that have different experiences but the same core values of friendship, respect and humanity.

A humbling mixture of religions, cultures, disabilities, skills, experiences, knowledge and personalities.

Allowing us to teach, support, challenge and motivate one another.

NOMAD is a representation of the world we want for the future generations.

NOMAD works with young leaders who are from a refugee and migrant background.

The majority of us were and some still are fleeing from conflict and war within our motherland.

We are the first generation of “Refugee Diaspora” from this Nomad has developed into a vibrant network of young people who originate from Sudan, Romania, Somalia, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, India, Vietnam, Poland, Morocco, Syria, Iraq, Cape Verde, Portugal, Afghanistan, Pakistan, United Kingdom, China, Congo, Ethiopia, Gambia, Ghana and Bulgaria taking initiatives to help make positive change in their own lives and the wider community.

Another element of our work is to create a space where true integration can take place.

Within this we recognize the importance of training and supporting our young leaders in order to lead their own work with their peers.
