Jigsaw4u has a wide range of specialist mental health and wellbeing services that supports children, young people and families across South West London. With over 26 years’ experience, our multi-disciplinary team help our beneficiaries put the pieces back together following social and emotional difficulties.
Our services include support for: Bereavement; Anxiety and Depression; Emotional Base School Avoidance; experience of Criminal or Sexual Exploitation; experience of Domestic Abuse; young people with family members in prison; Care-Experienced young people; and much more. Jigsaw4u workers are also based in many South West London schools providing on-site wellbeing and emotional support to pupils.

Young People:
If you are a child or young person you are in the right place! At Jigsaw4u we put children and young people at the heart of what we do.
If you want to speak to someone at Jigsaw4u please call us on 0208 687 1384 and we will try to help you if we can. We are open from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
You could also talk to your parents, someone at school or if you want to talk to someone you don’t know, outside of our working hours, you could call ChildLine on 0800 1111.
If it’s urgent or you or someone you know is in danger you should call the police (101 or 999 if it’s an emergency).
Referrals may be done by parents, families, school or young people may self refer.
