AccessUK provides a comprehensive and bespoke careers services for marginalised and disadvantaged service users particularly those from the Black and Minority Ethnic community(BAME).

AccessUK also offers solutions for gang members and youth offenders.

We have embedded innovative interventions in our delivery model that are designed to positively affect mindset and set the foundations for a more productive life for youths engaged in gang life.

Our ultimate objective is to reverse the 50% national unemployment rate amongst BME youth.

We aim to achieve our target of increasing current BME youth unemployment rates by at least 30% via the delivery of our tailored services that meet the particular needs of our service users.

Community: Access UK aims to provide community based careers and education solutions to address youth unemployment and offending across the capital

Employment: Our main objective is to help reduce BME youth unemployment, provide training and employment solutions for ex-offenders and implement gang prevention initiatives.

Mentorship: Connecting local youths with local mentors as a means of preventing crime and providing employment and careers guidance.

Enabling Youth Enterpise:  Building strong business training links to help BME youths set up their own enterprises.
