Eagles is a six-month, paid graduate development programme. It’s a unique opportunity for you as a recent graduate to join a top London firm, and gain up to three weeks of inclusive training, giving you the tools and experience you need to build a career in the City.

Eagles is a social mobility programme and we take into consideration the following criteria: 

• Whether either of your parents went to university
• Whether you received free school meals
• Whether you attended a state school
• Whether you worked during your time at university

We do not require minimum grades, only that you have graduated from university in the last three years.
