Aged between 16 and 24? Come join us for some beautiful, free, walks around Kentish Town and Camden on Wednesdays 4:30 – 5:30pm. We are LGBTQIA+ friendly.

Designed to support young people with their mental health, wellbeing, increased physical exercise and holistic self-care.

Sessions are designed to support gentle and relaxed exercise within small groups, outside in open spaces which helps to reduce anxiety, deepen connections with nature, support more reflective and coaching conversations.

Brandon staff will be on hand to guide the positive conversations, share some simple techniques, empowering our young people along the way.
