The sessions usually include a physical activity like boxing, yoga or Jiu Jitsu to help improve engagement and support young peoples physical/mental health.
We provide 1:1 mentoring services to support young people.
These sessions usually take place within local communities or education settings.
Our workers provide a therapeutic type of mentoring that allows young people to explore emotions, barriers and work towards goals.

Gloves Not Gunz run weekly community sessions in identified hotspots for crime and poverty.
These sessions are open to all young people aged 8 – 19 and include sport plus education workshops.
We provide youth workers and sports coaches, equipment and safe environments for young people to aspire.
We currently have community sessions in Thornton Heath, Shrublands, New Addington and Fulham.
4) Inspirational talks & staff training
We have a wide range of speakers that have inspiring stories for young people, these talks are usually in relation to their own lived experiences of crime, care and education.
The speakers discuss the barriers and how to overcome these barriers.
We also provide staff training to professionals on county lines, exploitation and gangs.
